Semi-Private Training at Flò Rithim is designed for small groups of 4–6 people who want a more personalised, supportive, and high-quality coaching experience while still benefiting from the motivation and connection of training alongside others.
These sessions focus on improving movement, strength, mobility, flexibility, fitness, breathing, recovery, and overall wellbeing through a holistic and functional approach to training. Unlike large group classes, semi-private coaching allows for greater individual attention, technique correction, tailored progressions, and a deeper understanding of each person’s goals, limitations, and needs.
Using a combination of unconventional training methods such as kettlebells, sandbags, bodyweight training, mobility work, breathwork, nervous system regulation, recovery strategies, and functional movement training, sessions are designed to help participants move better, feel stronger, reduce pain and injury risk, and build greater resilience both physically and mentally.
At Flò Rithim, the focus is not only on performance and fitness, but on creating a balanced and sustainable approach to health where people feel supported, connected, energised, and more in tune with their body and overall wellbeing.
